What sets the time
The time a clean takes depends on three things: the size of the home, how long it has been since the last clean, and the type of clean you booked. A maintained condo is a short visit. A four-bedroom home that has not been deep cleaned in a year is not.
Each service has a minimum: 2.5 hours for a standard clean, 3 for a deep clean or a turnover, and 6 for a move-out. The minimums are not a target. They are the shortest a job of that type can honestly be done, and a bigger or dirtier home runs past them.
An hourly rate means the estimate and the invoice line up. Above the minimum, you pay for the hours the home actually needs, not a padded flat fee.

How long each type of clean takes

What makes a clean take longer

Build-up
