It's entirely up to you. Most of our clients provide access via a lockbox or door code and enjoy coming home to a pristine sanctuary. We are fully insured for your complete peace of mind.
We use high-end, eco-friendly, and non-toxic products that are safe for your pets, children, and fine finishes. If you have specific product preferences or allergies, we're happy to accommodate.
No commitment required. While many clients prefer weekly or bi-weekly maintenance to keep their home at the Luxora Standard, we also welcome one-time deep cleans and move-in/out services.
We proudly serve all of Calgary as well as the surrounding communities of Cochrane, Airdrie and Chestermere.
We accept Interac e-Transfer for your convenience. Payment is due upon completion of service. For recurring clients, we can set up a simple schedule that works for you.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If anything isn't up to the Luxora Standard, let us know within 24 hours and we'll make it right - guaranteed.
Our Standard Clean is $40/hour with a 2.5-hour minimum. Deep Cleans are $45/hour with a 3-hour minimum, and Move-In/Move-Out cleans are $50/hour with a 4-hour minimum. For commercial spaces (offices, clinics, studios), pricing is customized based on your square footage, frequency, and scope - just reach out for a free quote. Every space is different, so we'll always provide a clear, no-obligation quote before any work begins. No surprises, no hidden fees - just honest pricing for honest work.
Life happens - we get it. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This lets us adjust our schedule and offer the time to another family. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee, but we always try to be flexible. Just give Sandy a call or text and we'll work it out.
Your first clean is always a little extra special. Sandy will walk through your home with you (in person or via a quick phone call) to understand your priorities, any areas that need extra attention, and your preferences for products or access. The first visit typically takes a bit longer than regular maintenance cleans since we're bringing everything up to the Luxora Standard. After that, you'll notice each visit gets even more efficient because Sandy already knows your home inside and out.
You don't need to clean before the cleaner comes (we know that sounds funny, but people ask!). Just do a quick tidy of personal items - pick up clothes, toys, and anything on the floor so we can focus on the actual cleaning. We do ask that dishes are done before your appointment so Sandy can properly clean and sanitize your kitchen sinks. Secure any valuables or fragile items you'd prefer we avoid, and let us know about any pets so we can plan accordingly. Other than that, just leave the rest to Sandy.
Yes! We clean offices, dental clinics, studios, and other commercial spaces across Calgary. Commercial cleaning is customized to your needs - we'll work around your business hours, provide a tailored scope of services, and set up a consistent schedule (2x to 5x per week).
